My customer said they had to sign up to review

Reviewers do not need a LocateFaith account. The review link opens straight to the form. No sign-up, no paywall.

If your customer saw a sign-up prompt, they most likely ended up on the main site instead of the direct review link. The correct link looks like this:

locatefaith.com/business/your-slug?review=1

You can find your exact link in your dashboard under Reviews. Copy it from the "Review link" card and send that directly to your customer.

If a review was submitted but isn't showing on your profile yet, there can be a short delay before it appears. If it still hasn't shown up after a day, email us at success@locatefaith.com with the reviewer's email address and we'll check on our end.
