If your address is set to private, this is working the way it should. When an address is private, we don't drop the pin on your front door. We place it at a central point of your ZIP code instead, so people can still find you by area while your exact street address stays hidden.
Because the pin sits at the middle of your ZIP, it can land near some other spot by chance, sometimes even on a street you recognize. It isn't pulling an old or hidden address off your profile. It's just the center of the ZIP code, and nothing there is tied to your real address.
The location is set automatically from your ZIP, so the pin can't be dragged or moved by hand. If you'd rather show your exact spot, you can make the address public: sign in at locatefaith.com, open Profile under My Business, go to Addresses, and turn the Show on map toggle on. That swaps the ZIP-area pin for your precise location.
If it still looks off after that, just ask and we'll take a look.
