Yes, and in a lot of cities that's exactly how the hub gets going. We're looking for members who want to gather the Christian owners around them.
To apply: sign in, go to locatefaith.com/gatherings, and use the local leader application. Pick your metro and tell us why you want to lead it. You need to be a signed-in member to apply.
Then we talk. We don't hand a city to someone off a form, so a real conversation comes next.
What a group leader actually does: keeps the online group alive, organizes the gathering, and makes sure newcomers get welcomed instead of standing by the coffee alone. You're hosting business owners, not running a service. We give you the format, the itinerary, and support from our side, and once your metro is big enough we back the gatherings with mentorship and resources.
You don't need to be a big name or have a large business. The best leaders we have are people who genuinely like connecting others.
If your city already has a leader, you can still help. Tell us and we'll introduce you.
What we're looking for in a leader is less about business size and more about character: humility, someone teachable, someone who'll hold the culture of the room.
Questions before you apply? Just ask and we'll put you in touch with Anthony, who runs the hub program.
