I never got my 6-digit sign-in code

Sorry about the trouble. That's not the welcome we want you to have. Two quick things to try before reaching out to us:

1. Check your spam and promotions folder. Providers like Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo sometimes route the first code email there.
2. If the code isn't in either folder, email us at success@locatefaith.com and we'll send you a direct sign-in link that skips the code entirely and drops you straight into your dashboard.

Once you're in you can finish your profile, add photos, and set your service area. Let us know if anything else trips you up.
