How do refunds work?

No problem at all. If a membership isn't the right fit, email us at success@locatefaith.com with your name and we'll refund what you paid, no questions asked.

Refunds go back to your card within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Your profile stays live until you tell us otherwise, and there's no follow-on charge. If you ever want back in, just email us and we'll take care of it.

One distinction worth making, since people often mean one and say the other. A refund is money back for what you already paid. Cancelling just stops the next renewal and leaves your membership running until the period you paid for ends. If you want one, both, or aren't sure, tell us in plain words and we'll sort it out.
