How do I cancel my membership?

Just email us at success@locatefaith.com, or tell us right here in the chat, and we'll cancel it for you. No hoops and no talking you out of it.

Two things people often mean at once, so it helps to say which you want:

• Cancel stops the renewal. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, so your profile stays live and you keep your access until then. Nothing charges again after that.
• A refund is money back for what you already paid. We do that too, no questions asked, and it lands back on your card in 5 to 10 business days.

If you want both, say so and we'll handle both.

One thing to know before you go: the rate you joined at is locked for life while your membership is active. If you cancel and come back later, you'd join at whatever the rate is then. That's not a scare tactic, just something people would rather hear now than later.
